Basements are tricky. Moisture migrates through concrete slabs, which is why most DIY epoxy jobs peel within a year. We test for moisture before we quote, use the right primer for your slab condition, and apply systems rated for below-grade installs. The floor lasts. No peeling.

Metallic epoxy uses pigment suspended in a self-leveling base to create depth and movement in the floor. No two floors look the same. Popular in showrooms, high-end garages, and residential living spaces. We'll bring samples so you can see how the light interacts before committing.

Polyaspartic is an aliphatic polyurea: faster than epoxy, harder, and UV-stable so it won't yellow in sunlit garages. It's the system we recommend for clients who want maximum durability and don't want to think about their floor again. Requires an experienced crew.

This is the step most contractors skip. We use diamond-cup grinders and shot blasters to open the concrete profile before any coating goes down. It's loud, dusty, and time-consuming — and it's why our coatings don't peel. Skip this step and the floor will fail.

Full-broadcast flake means we apply enough flake to completely cover the base coat, then scrape back the excess before topcoating. The result is a consistent, textured surface that hides imperfections, provides grip, and holds up to heavy use.

Not every floor needs a full epoxy system. A penetrating sealer or densifier is sometimes the right call for outdoor concrete, utility areas, or budget-conscious projects. We'll tell you honestly if sealing is the better option for your space. Most jobs done in half a day.
